Corporate IT Recruiter This position will work in a fast paced environment focusing on IT full-time and direct hire placements; involved in full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing/screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and presenting offers & closing candidates. This role will be involved in recruitment strategies/methods with a strong focus on understanding our marketplace, branding, and overall culture. Responsibilities Include: Source, identify and recruit IT professionals across a wide array of technology verticals Create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels. Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements, and conduct phone, Skype, and face-to-face interviews to determine overall fit Practice full life cycle recruiting from managing the requisition process, posting the position by utilizing applicant tracking system Position Manager, to offer acceptance Proactively network with user groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationships Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential new hires Standard Qualifications: Bachelor degree required IT recruiting experience required, healthcare recruiting experience preferred Strong knowledge of tools and resources surrounding the internet, social media, and job board sites Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level Ability to juggle multiple priorities as well as the ability to switch hiring objectives quickly Must be highly organized, efficient, and manage time effectively Strong networking skills and a broad knowledge of the local market Ability to build a talent pipeline for prospective future growth Core Competencies: Flexibility to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, fast-paced, evolving industry.
