This self-starting Bookkeeper will be responsible for all account reconciliation, payroll journal entries, and deposits. Time will be no more than 19 hours per week, with two days in office. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, meticulous with detail, trustworthy, conscientious, and love numbers.
· SAP Business 1 preferred
· Technology savvy
· High level of confidentiality
· Takes initiative and ownership
· Organized and detail oriented
· Handle payables and receivables
· All deposits, including ACH payments
· Reconciliation of CC’s and bank account
· Monthly financials
· Payroll journal entries
· Ordering of office supplies
· Relationships with bankers and staff
· Need to be very trust worthy, task oriented, conscientious and highly detailed.
