We are seeking an experienced and proven CALL CENTER SALES DIRECTOR – B2C for an established & thriving organization in Detroit, MI. The Call Center Sales Director is responsible for meeting lead forecasts with high quality leads to the sales organization via various inbound and outbound call activities. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the call center team which handles all inbound/outbound calls/contacts related activities. Other duties include Workforce Management, Dialer Management, Quality Assurance and effective agent training. The candidate must have experience managing associates and teams in high-volume call center environments.
Ideal prospect will have at least 7+ years of Call Center Management experience within an Outbound Sales & Marketing environment with a focus on lead generation and appointment scheduling in a B2C setting. Candidate will have the ability to teach people to be proactive in calling leads and not just waiting for the phone to ring. Must be a strategic, analytical, tactical and critical thinker; will have successful and proven experience in sales management and possess strong leadership skills. Must be a good sales trainer & motivator; have expertise in working with a dialer and have experience scheduling staff. Will also have the ability to build relationships and work in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills. COMPENSATION: $90K - $120K Base Plus Bonus Potential & Some Relo Assistance on a Case by Case Basis
