American Pride Tattoos
is a small family owned business incorporated in 2005 and employs
approximately 25 people.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations of all the American Pride Tattoo
studios located throughout the metro area. The General Manager will work closely with
the President to ensure all studios are operating efficiently and effectively. The General
Manager will be responsible for maintaining strategic business relationships and
coordinating the development of new ideas and solutions utilizing social media. The
General Manager will be a proven leader with a visionary view.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share, including the implementation
of on- line scheduling.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
Maintains the stability and reputation of all studios by complying with legal
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program,
operational and personnel policies and procedures.
